Understanding Campaigns

A campaign is a communication sent to a set of users to achieve a business objective such as improving brand awareness, driving more traffic or sales, etc. Every campaign constitutes of four distinct parts:

  1. Objective
  2. Message
  3. Segment
  4. Timing

iZooto simplifies the process by enabling marketers to create the required message and the segment as well as to time the message effectively.

Message: For web push messages, you can simply enter the URL of the article and iZooto fetches the relevant content from the article and populates the message. You can create your own rich message as well.

Segment: You can broadcast a message to all your users or you can segment users basis their demography, online behavior or interests.

Timing: iZooto provides different options to help you time the communication better. You can choose to:

  1. Send a message right away
  2. Schedule a message at a specific time or setup a recurring schedule
  3. Send a pre-defined series of messages on user activity using playbooks
